Salesman Performance
Who is selling, who is stalling — and where deals die
See every salesman's conversion, reply speed and gross on one table, worked out from the pipeline itself rather than from memory. Independent agents on Salesman Premium also get a page that shows them where they lose deals.
The old way
- You know who sold the most units, not who converts or who answers fast.
- A slow reply loses the buyer, and nobody sees it happened.
- Salesmen can't tell which stage their deals die at, so they can't fix it.
- Which rep's shared link actually brings in buyers is a guess.
With ShiftOS
- A team table for the last 30 days: score, conversion, response time, gross and deals won per salesman.
- Response time tracked per rep and flagged when it runs past an hour.
- On Salesman Premium, an agent's own funnel charges a lost deal to the stage it died at.
- Clicks and WhatsApp contacts counted per salesman link.
What it does
Team scoreboard
Every salesman ranked on the last 30 days: overall score, conversion rate, average response time, average gross per deal and deals won out of leads.
Response time per rep
Average first-reply time for each salesman, coloured once it runs past an hour, so slow follow-up is visible the same day.
Funnel drop-off
On Salesman Premium: where an agent's leads stop moving, read from the stage history, so a loss is charged to the step it actually happened at.
Close rate and trend
On Salesman Premium: close rate overall and the last 30 days against the 30 before, so an agent can see if they are getting better.
Link traffic per salesman
Listing clicks and WhatsApp contacts that came through each salesman's own link.
Coaching insights with real numbers
On Salesman Premium: ranked notes on loss reasons, reply speed and lead sources. Each quotes a real count and only shows once there is enough data to mean something.
